This website is operated by KENX, a brand owned by SB Innovations LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions as stated below.
2. Payment Policy
All payments must be made through the platforms available on our website. For security reasons, we do not accept payments outside our system. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled due to our automated logistics and production flow.
3. Shipping and Delivery
At KENX, many of our products are made-to-order to ensure quality and exclusivity.
- In-stock products: delivery within 3 to 7 business days within the United States.
- Made-to-order products: estimated delivery between 4 to 6 weeks (up to 45 calendar days), depending on production schedule.
Customers will be informed whether the product is in stock or made-to-order at the time of purchase.
If a customer requires frequent immediate availability, we can reserve stock under an open purchase order agreement.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated in promotional offers or special agreements.
4. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within the first 5 calendar days after product delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
To request a return, contact us at our support email with your order number and photos of the received product.
Products that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer via email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
KENX is not responsible for misuse of the product or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its use.
While our products are developed and tested under quality standards, the end user is responsible for their proper and safe application.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
